By using CalSnap ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CalSnap is a calorie tracking app that uses AI to analyze food photos and estimate nutrition information. The App provides:

Food photo analysis powered by AI
Manual food logging
Nutrition tracking and goal setting
Fasting timer
Progress charts

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Provide accurate information
Not abuse or overload the API
Not reverse-engineer the App

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The food analysis feature uses AI and may be inaccurate. The nutrition estimates are for informational purposes only and should NOT be used as:

Medical advice
Professional dietary guidance
A substitute for consulting with a healthcare professional

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical or dietary advice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. All billing is handled by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CalSnap and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CalSnap is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Inaccurate nutrition estimates
Health issues arising from use of the App
Service interruptions or data loss
Any indirect or consequential damages

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CalSnap harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
